Return the entire kit, its contents, the copy of your receipt and all materials provided with your kit by means of the US Postal Service (PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY OTHER COURIER SERVICE) for a full refund (less a 10% handling & re-stocking fee). This guarantee is available for 30 days from the date of purchasing the kit.
Please Note: Guarantee Policy # 1 is available on all our laboratory screening kits when purchased directly though our US-based facility.
Policy # 2 (Limited Money Back Guarantee) : If, after 90 days, you have not experienced a measurable health benefit that can be directly attributed following any of the recommendations and support materials/information provided with the results of your 96-Food IgG ELISA Food Intolerance Test, simply return all provided hard copy tests results and support materials (including the Statement of Services) for a full refund (less a 10% handling & re-stocking fee). You must have contacted our office and provide an emailed or written status of your progress directly to one of our staff at least 2 times every 4 weeks during the first 90 days of receiving your 96-Food IgG ELISA Food Intolerance Test Results and Food Intolerance Guidebook. Additionally, during these contacts you must make it clear whether or not you are experiencing any measurable health benefit by following the recommendations provided with your 96-Food IgG ELISA Food Intolerance Test Results and Food Intolerance Guidebook, and that you have eliminated all reported reactive foods 100% from your diet per the provided recommendations.
